Early-stage project
Open PO Follow-Up is an early-stage research and pilot project. The purpose of this site is to describe the offer, collect inquiries, and run limited audits and pilots with purchasing teams.
What we collect
We collect contact and company information only to respond to inquiries and evaluate audits or pilots. This typically includes:
- Name, work email, company, and role
- What you're trying to improve
- Approximate open PO volume, if shared
- A short description of your current supplier follow-up workflow
Audit data
For audits, participants should provide redacted PO exports and redacted supplier communication examples where possible. The goal is to review workflow and exceptions, not to inspect sensitive records.
We do not need:
- Supplier banking details or payment information
- Card numbers or other financial credentials
- Customer personal data
- Other sensitive financial information
If any of the above appears in samples you share, we will ask you to redact and re-send.
Pilots with confidential data
Any paid pilot that involves non-redacted, confidential company data will be governed by a written agreement (mutual NDA and a pilot services agreement) describing data handling, retention, and deletion.
Storage and access
Inquiry information is stored in the tools we use to respond to email and track conversations. Audit materials are stored only for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request at the end of the audit unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
